Curated by Sassy’s owner Ele Troise, who has a long history in the ³Ô¹ÏÍø restaurant scene, his vision is to be the best Italian restaurant in ³Ô¹ÏÍø.

Head chef Trent Kerr serves authentic Italian cuisine with a twist, through his passion for using fresh local produce in every dish. He also creates signature pasta dishes such as the famous beetroot ricotta gnocchi and the popular homemade pappardelle.
