Gelateria Primavera's artisanal gelato is influenced by Massimo Bidin's years of experience making gelato in Italy, his overseas travels and an open attitude to new spices and flavours.
Housed in beautiful pozzetti storage tubs and made using fresh seasonal fruit and high quality ingredients, the gelato menu changes daily. A selection of fresh cold-pressed juices and seasonal fruit smoothies are also available, including the popular Seriously Green juice.
