BYRDI – a modern Australian bar by Luke Whearty and Aki Nishikura – was born out of a desire to adapt to their environment. To take culture and cuisine, inspiration and idea, and make it their own.

Coming home to Australia to nest, now more than ever they’re focusing on native produce, creating experiences reflective of the season, and not consuming beyond their means. With the help of local producers BYRDI delivers encounters of which, no two will ever be the same.
